Party Host Employment Inquiry

We need enthusiastic hosts to lead crafting parties for kids and adults at our retail store! Parties are scheduled between 10am and 6pm on Saturdays, 11am to 5pm on Sundays, and occasional evening parties from 6:30 - 8:30 on Friday and Saturday nights. Our current party crafts include jewelry-making, candle-making, macrame, paper mache, terrarium-building, glass etching, and alcohol inks. We provide training on all party crafts. Party host applicants should have a good base-knowledge of crafting and an eagerness to learn. Equally important is an ability to hold the attention of a group of excited party-goers, explain tasks in a few different ways, and encourage guests with all different levels of crafting skills. Pay rate is $16 per hour. Most party shifts are 2.5 hours long, which includes 15 minutes prep time and 15 minutes clean-up time. Please note, this is an interest form!
