Beginner Tunisian Crochet - Ages 14+
Join Craft Habit's Stacey Lee for Tunisian crochet, also known as Afghan crochet. Tunisian crochet began centuries ago in northern Africa. It combines elements of knitting and traditional crochet, using a long hook to create a unique fabric with a distinct texture. The technique originally gained popularity in the 19th century, though its resurgence in recent years is due to its versatility and the intricate patterns it can produce. Join our Beginner Tunisian Crochet Class and discover the art of this beautiful and versatile craft!
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of Tunisian crochet, including three essential stitches, techniques, and tips to create a potholder!
