Youth Saturday Craft Camp: Miniatures

Modelled on our popular Teacher Workday Camps, we are now offering Youth Saturday Camp to spread the crafting joy (and give parents a morning off)!
In this 3-hour camp, students will make a miniature scene using paint, paper, shrinky-dinks, cardboard, fabric, and imagination. Led by instructor and camp magician Natalie Daumen, this class will explore a number of different craft skills and mediums. No experience is required, just creativity and enthusiasm!

Schedule:
10am - Drop off & project planning
10:15 - 11:15 Start crafting!
11:15 - 11:45 Snack break & games
11:45 - 12:45 Finish crafting
12:45 - Wrap up projects, clean up
1pm - Pick-up time

What to bring:

• Please send you child with a snack and a water-bottle.
• We strongly recommend that students wear sneakers or other closed shoes (no flip-flops or crocs), due to the materials and equipment we use in our crafting classrooms. 

Class Policies & COVID procedures:

• Masks are no longer required but always welcome! We are happy to provide a mask if needed. If you are feeling ill, please stay home and text the store to let them know. 
• This class requires a minimum of 6 students enrolled, with a maximum of 10. Craft Habit will notify students at least 24 hours in advance if a class is canceled due to low enrollment. Students will be fully refunded for any classes canceled due to low enrollment.
• Class registrations are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may find another person to take your place in a class. Please let us know their name in advance of the class starting.
• Classes canceled by Craft Habit WILL be refunded. We will do our best to reschedule classes, and we will refund class registration fees for any classes that we have to cancel for any reason.
• To respect our teachers’ time, please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled class time unless advised otherwise. Late arrivals may miss important information and may not be able to catch up to the class. We cannot issue refunds for late arrivals. Please shop for your class materials in advance!
• Photography. We love to get pics and videos of our instructors and students in class and especially love to capture your projects when finished so that we can brag about you on our social media accounts! If you do not want to be filmed, just tell the staffer who pops in to take pics. We understand!
