Starting on Friday, June 5th, we will be offering private appointments for in-store shopping. Please reserve your appointment online.
30 minute in-store shopping appointments are available on Fridays and Saturdays. We are leaving a 30-minute buffer between appointments to allow for cleaning and other safety precautions.
We are charging a $5 appointment fee, which will be applied as a credit to your in-store purchase.
You may bring up to 2 other people with you at your appointment time. Please no young children, unless they are in strollers or carriers. We are sorry that this restriction may be a burden - we are trying to reduce the number of items that will need to be cleaned after your visit, and we know how hard it is to keep children from touching all the lovely things in the store!
Masks are mandatory - we have masks for sale in store if you need one. All customers and staff must wear masks covering their mouth and nose for the duration if the visit.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for use throughout the appointment.
We cannot accept returns and exchanges on any soft goods at this time. Soft goods includes fabric, felt, yarn, embroidery floss, macrame rope, thread, all kits, any fibers-based stringing materials - basically anything we can't sanitize with a Clorox wipe.
